令和8年度相互ホームステイ事業の一環として、2026年7月2日から12日まで、姉妹都市である米国カリフォルニア州サンカルロス市から高校生4名と随行員1名が大村市を訪れる予定です。
彼らの大村滞在中、7月7日の七夕に合わせて、サンカルロスの高校生と市民のみなさんが交流できる「七夕交流会」を開催します！
おしゃべりやゲームを楽しみながら、七夕のひとときを一緒に過ごしませんか？
英語が話せなくても大丈夫！国際交流が初めての方もお気軽にご参加いただけます！

As part of the FY2026 Mutual Homestay Program, four high school students and one chaperone from Omura City’s sister city, San Carlos, California, USA, are scheduled to visit Omura from July 2 to July 12, 2026.
During their stay in Omura, we will hold a Tanabata Exchange Event on July 7, where local residents can meet and interact with the visiting students from San Carlos.
Come enjoy conversation and games as we celebrate Tanabata together!
First-time participants in international exchange activities are also very welcome.
Feel free to come in a YUKATA! We look forward to seeing you there♪
