参加者が参加申込みをしたことで、以下の事項に同意したものとみなします。
【講座・イベント等の内容・開催変更、中止について】
天災、感染症の拡大、その他やむを得ない事情があると大村市国際交流プラザが判断した場合、
講座・イベント等の内容変更もしくはオンライン開催への変更または中止とする可能性があります。その場合には、申込時に届け出たメール・電話のいずれかにより連絡します。
※申込時の連絡先の誤記載、誤入力やメール、電話などの着信制限などによって生じる
連絡の遅延などに関し、大村市国際交流プラザは一切の責任を負いかねます。
【受講・参加の制限】
下記に該当するような、講座・イベント等の運営を妨げる行為が確認された場合は、
受講をお断りする場合があります。
○講座・イベント等の運営の妨害、他の参加者の迷惑になるような行為。
○講座・イベント等中の録音、教材・配布資料等の無断転用・複製・撮影。
○無断で自己の宣伝及び営利目的の場として大村市国際交流プラザの講座・イベント等を
利用すること。
○その他、大村市国際交流プラザの品位を著しく傷つける言動等。
【オンラインによる講座・イベント等に関するご注意】
参加者のインターネット環境が原因による、参加・視聴環境等の問題に関しては、
大村市国際交流プラザとして一切の責任を負いませんのでご了承願います。
事前のアプリインストール、デモンストレーション、安定したインターネット環境の確保を
お勧めします。
【免責事項について】
大村市国際交流プラザの利用にあたり発生した事故・怪我・盗難等については、
当プラザに故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、一切の責任を負いかねます。
貴重品の管理や安全対策等は、参加者ご自身の責任において行っていただきますよう
お願いいたします。
【肖像権の使用について】
講座・イベント等への参加中に撮影した写真・動画等は、大村市国際交流プラザ及び
大村市の広報（ホームページ、SNS、印刷物等）に使用させていただく場合があります。
あらかじめご了承ください。

By submitting an application, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Changes or Cancellation
The Omura International Plaza reserves the right to change the content, switch to an online format, or cancel any course or event due to natural disasters, the spread of infectious diseases, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified using the email address or telephone number provided upon application.
The Plaza shall not be responsible for any delays or failure in communication caused by incorrect contact information, input errors, or restrictions on receiving emails or phone calls.
2. Restrictions on Participation
The Plaza reserves the right to refuse participation if any conduct that disrupts the operation of courses or events is observed, including but not limited to:
- Any actions that interfere with the operation of courses/events or cause inconvenience to other participants
- Recording (audio or video), or unauthorized use, reproduction, or photography of materials or handouts
- Use of courses or events for personal promotion or commercial purposes without prior permission
- Any other conduct deemed inappropriate or damaging to the reputation or dignity of the Plaza
3. Online Participation
The Plaza shall not be responsible for any issues related to participation or viewing arising from the participant’s internet environment. Participants are advised to install any required applications in advance, test their setup, and ensure a stable internet connection.
4. Disclaimer
The Plaza shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, theft, or other incidents occurring in connection with participation in its courses or events, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Plaza.
Participants are responsible for managing their own valuables and ensuring their personal safety.
5. Use of Photos and Videos
Photos and videos taken during courses and events may be used for promotional purposes by the Omura International Plaza and Omura City, including but not limited to websites, social media, and printed materials. By participating, you consent to such use.
